What is Resilience?
“Resilience” is a French word which literally means “to bounce back”; to not only cope, but to thrive in response to the adversities of life including physical pain and dysfunction. We all experience pain and a less than full function at some stage of our life. Whether your goal is pain-free gardening or pain-free Olympic competition, Resilience Physiotherapy can help you reach your goals.
